Technical analysis of BA7060-K high-speed DC blower

Release time:2025-12-09       Count 103 views

The BA7060-K is a compact high-performance blower that utilizes a highly efficient three-phase drive, achieves ultra-high rotational speeds through powerful magnetic and precise mechanical design, and ensures long-term reliable operation with excellent thermal management.

1.Internal thermal conductive adhesive ensures low temperature rise.

Mechanism: Thermal conductive adhesive (e.g., silicone rubber) fills the internal gaps of the motor (between windings and stator, stator and housing), establishing an efficient heat conduction pathway to rapidly and uniformly transfer internal hot spot temperatures to the housing.

Key parameter correlation: Combined with the design of bearings rated for 200°C and rotor magnets rated for 120°C, the thermal conductive adhesive ensures that the actual operating temperatures of critical internal components (especially the magnets) remain well below their tolerance limits during continuous high-load operation, which is fundamental to achieving long service life.

2.High-Power Magnetic Rotor

1-pair pole: The low number of pole pairs enables the motor's ultra-high rotational speed characteristic (theoretical synchronous speed = frequency × 60 / number of pole pairs).

Surface magnetic field of 5000 GS: This ensures extremely fast dynamic response. By adopting the highest-grade sintered NdFeB magnets (such as N52 or above) combined with a flux-concentration magnetic circuit design, the rotor achieves an exceptionally high torque-to-inertia ratio, allowing for rapid acceleration and speed regulation.

Electrophoretic coating and temperature resistance of 120°C: The electrophoretic coating protects the magnets from oxidation and corrosion. The 120°C temperature resistance is a common rating for N-series NdFeB magnets, further underscoring the importance of effective heat dissipation.

3.Impeller with High-Precision Balance

A balance tolerance of "ten wires," i.e., 0.1 millimeters, represents an extremely high precision grade (typically achieving G2.5 or higher) for an impeller rotating at tens of thousands of revolutions per minute. This ensures that vibration and noise are maintained at exceptionally low levels even at ultra-high speeds of 43,000 rpm, forming the cornerstone of mechanical reliability.

4.NMB Ball Bearing - 1140-NMB-01

Specification Analysis: "11*4*4" refers to the bearing's inner diameter of 11 mm, outer diameter of 4 mm, and width of 4 mm. "P5" is the precision grade, indicating a high-precision bearing that ensures minimal operational clearance and friction.

Material Advantages: The nylon cage is lightweight, has a low friction coefficient, and generates less noise compared to metal cages. The 200°C temperature resistance specification, combined with the thermal conductive adhesive design, ensures the bearing's longevity and stability in high-temperature environments.

5.Three-Phase Inner Rotor Motor

Efficiency Advantages: Compared to single-phase or brushless DC motors, three-phase drive systems deliver smoother torque output, lower torque ripple, and higher overall efficiency, making them particularly suitable for high-speed applications.

Control Advantages: When paired with a dedicated driver board (utilizing Field-Oriented Control, or FOC), the three-phase motor enables precise speed control and rapid dynamic response.
